Hi, I’m Nancy!

My mission is simple: help you ditch fear, start dreaming, and gain some real financial confidence. I’ve made my fair share of money mistakes, so trust me—I know what not to do. I want to get you on the path to clarity and owning your future—starting with some no-nonsense talk and a few laughs.

From Finance Rookie to Trailblazing CEO

My journey in finance began in 1985, and after honing my skills and weathering setbacks through the 90s, I founded my wealth management firm in 2000. Starting with just two team members, I’ve grown the firm into a thriving team of 20. Along the way, I’ve picked up a few titles—Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Certified Fund Specialist (CFS), Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, and most recently, Certified Dream Manager.

Through my own setbacks and triumphs, I’ve come to understand the unique challenges women face in finance, business, and life. Now, I’m bringing those hard-earned lessons to the stage, helping others tackle their fears and take bold steps toward their dreams.

Why should you listen to me?

Short answer: Because I’ve already been there.

With my background as a Certified Dream Manager and a female business owner in a male-dominated field, I understand the unique challenges and fears people face with their money and dreams.

My goal is to inspire audiences to ditch fear, embrace courage, and move forward with financial confidence.
